The Rancilio Silvia is regarded by many as the best of the entry level pro-sumer espresso machines. It has a long track record of solid build quality, reliability and excellent performance. The V4 vs. the V3 had a few small but significant upgrades including an improved steam wand and a boiler with a removable/replaceable heating element. The V5 added an insulated boiler for more energy efficiency and now the V6 arrived with an improved steam wand, a black group head cover and it comes standard with a Black tamper
The Silvia delivers steam like a real pro-machine and with a bit of practice you can make cappuccino's and latté's like a pro.
The Silvia is a single boiler machine requiring flicking a switch and waiting a while to change from pulling shots to steaming your milk.
